We dance twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
An ecstatic/shamanic dance journey through the elements of air, fire, water, earth and back to our center! Bring your heart-felt intention and dance it into being! You are welcome to bring a token to represent your intention if you so desire, and place it on the Center Altar as we dance the night away!
Basic structure: A large and beautiful sacred space for free-form dancing to amazing music. Spaces are set aside for meditation, energy work, and community. Healthy snacks, tea and water are provided. We have a chill out zone, complete with a tent that we lovingly call, "The Himalayan Mountain Cave of Healing and Transformation". The magical name of this space is apt to change as inspiration strikes!!! ;)
Sliding scale donation of $10- $15 requested. Note: No one turned away for lack of funds. Please don't let money be an obstacle for you, give what you can. Supervised children are welcome to attend for free.
