We are co-creating more sacredness in our dance space, please join us as
we step deeper into the conscious dance practice and the magic of the
journey as we hold it together with respect, honor, and awareness of our
center and the connection we share in the space. Respect the space and
each other.
It is preferred that you stay in for the entire journey, from beginning
to end. If you must move in, and or out of the container, please move
with respect. This supports the conscious dance process for everyone.
While you are not dancing, please practice holding the space without
judgment. The journey is deep and expansive, sacred, soulful and
playful. Take care of yourself along the way.

Jazz in the Plaza has started the summer series through Aug. every Wed.
eve. The concert finishes at 8:30p. I will be playing an extra long
sacred, soulful, slow entrance as we enter into our bodies 8p - 8:30p. A
busy eve in town! Thanks to all you dance addicts who show up to
practice, and never give up!
