Steven Henderson, a long time Barefoot Boogie dancer, has passed on. Steven, tall, long blond hair and regular dancer at Barefoot Boogie on Sunday nights and Dance Jam on Friday nights has passed on. I, Geoff, last talked with Steven at Friday night June 26th where he talked about his knees acting up recently. Because of this he was now only dancing at one venue per week, either DanceJam or Barefoot Boogie on Sunday nights. I also saw him a couple weeks ago at the June 2009 Harmony Festival in Santa Rosa. Steven was just walking about playing one of the many didgeridoos he owns spreading love and smiles in all directions. Just ask and he stopped everything to play a song. He also planned to attend the Oregon Music Festival this year which he said was his favorite.
Steven always brought the love of dance and love of humanity to the floor. He was one happy guy.
